I’m the new kid on the block, out to change the world one computer at a time! As computers become an integral part of our society, there arises a need for a different kind of computer technician: one who understands computing, people, and their interactions with each other. Computers are here to simplify our lives and jobs, not cause frustration and confusion. I seek to bridge the gap between technology and understanding, therefore I limit the amount of clients I take on so I can give everyone the time and attention they deserve. I’m just about to graduate from Portland State University with a degree in Sociology, so I understand that communication is the key to success. My response time on site is usually 24 hours or less, and my shop turn around time is almost always 24 hours or less. I view my job as a service, not just a source of income, so I’d rather work with you than just for you. One of the first things you’ll probably notice about me is that I’m not a fan of corporate culture, so I’d like to remove the impersonal big business approach to computing. I don’t advertise much, as I believe that word of mouth references are the best and most effective forms of advertising. If you do your job right, it should speak for you. And with that said, I’d love to have the opportunity to work with you in the near future! We are officially open from noon-6pm during the week, and occasionally on Saturday or Sunday as the need arises. I'm usually at the shop later than 6 working on computers, but if you'd like to show up after 6 you will need to make an appointment before hand.
